| On the 19th we hit the track at Willow Springs (Streets of Willow) We brought the Z32 TT and the Z33. My girlfriend drove the Z33 most of the day. 
Prepping
This is how the day ended. Spun a rod bearing. Oil starvation :(
Running a stock oil pan and just street tires (Falken Azenis RT-615s).
That's the risk we take when we race.
Our beloved VG30 suffers from alot of oiling issues (for road racing) I would rather not do to this particular Z32. In my case the motor had a slight knock when cold and went away when it was fully warm. This obviously helped kill the motor. From now on it will strictly serve as a daily driver and drag strip car. I will however at least upgrade to our larger capacity oil pan with trap doors and tap the heads for drain back.
Picked up another car for circuit duty.
Today we got hit with some fires that are spreading in all of SoCal.
This again is just down the street from us. Fire is going as I write this. On high alert.
One person on the 118 freeway decided to turn around on the freeway and someone hit head on and died on impact. Not very smart. Couple cars caught on fire.
